By using citar-org-roam, we can integrate citar and org-roam, allowing us to take literature notes in org-roam. This changes how citar-open-notes (and the menu offered by citar-open) finds notes. Instead of having to configure citar with a path for notes where it will create plain org files, it creates notes as nodes in org-roam.
